  And thats a lot...8:30pm sat down for ten minutes no one came to greet us or offer anything to drink...worse customer service ever...walked out and went where they know how to fo their JoB. Montwood location all the way

  We always crave there boneless chicken bites and fries lunch deal during the week and wash them down with their delicious raspberry tea. Great atmosphere as well!

  I really love their wings and sauces(like the raspberry chipotle!). Ordered from them multiple times and have never had a problem. I've eaten at this location a few times and have had good service.
  They get really busy and packed when there's a game(In case you don't know, they have multiple TVs for sports)! I've seen the girls work really fast and have never felt like I waited too long for food (there is a bit of a wait when its busy but not excessively long, in my opinion... 15-20mins.)
  Their wings are great(good portions and sizes) their service and drinks are good.
  
  BUT, I think they can improve their phone systems. When there's a game, it feels like its impossible to get through to them when I call. I like to order on the phone and pick up my food, but when their phone gets busy, the call ends and drops. The last time I called in, there was a game and I have to call 6 or 7 times before finally getting someone (and the time before that, had to call 3-4 times). When I got there, there wasn't a single seat available (which is why I order to go). One idea is to make it possible to take online orders, I know that's asking a lot but I think that would help for orders to get through. Or maybe add an additional phone line? That's my suggestion.
  Any other time, earlier in the day/weekday or when there is no game going on, I never have that problem.
